I am seeking a backup virtual assistant to assist me with overflow projects.

Please be aware that this is not a job invitation or guaranteed work. I am looking for someone to take on overflow projects or projects that I will not have time to complete. You are your own boss and having other clients is perfectly fine. The selected VA(s) will need to posses the following qualifications:

• Must be a self-starter
• Work well with minimal instruction
• Be a decision maker
• Must be able to follow directions
• Have a fully functional home office set-up
• High-speed internet
• Be professional at all times
• Dedicated business use phone (VOIP is fine, unless clients request land-line)
• Must be able to communicate well-verbally and written
• Must be able and willing to learn new skills if applicable to project

Please follow these instructions carefully in order to apply:

• Submit your reply in a proposal form. A simple resume alone will not do since this is not a job application.
• Include your hours of availability. (Ex: Monday-Friday 8-5; I only work evenings after 6 or; I only work weekends.) Whatever your work at home schedule is, please list it.
• What is your minimum hourly rate?
• List all software and program applications you have access to.
• Explain your office set-up (computer, phone, etc)
• If there are any projects that you will not take, such as for religious reasons, please list.
• Are you willing to do phone work?
• Are you able to do rush jobs that range from 1hour to 24 hours turn around?
• Please include any pertinent information about yourself and your qualifications.
• The subject line of your email should read, VA BACKUP. If not, it will be considered spam and deleted without being opened.
• Your reply should be in the body of the email. No attachments please!

Again, this is just for overflow work.  I cannot guarantee steady work.  Also, there are no fees required from you.  If paid access to websites, etc are needed, it will be billed to the client, not you.
